All services are provided by appointment. Color consultations are complimentary. Extension consultations are $50 and is not applied to your install. Hair-system consultations are complimentary and private. Consultations take approximately 30 minutes.
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure most appointments. The deposit is applied to your final ticket at checkout. Deposits are not refunded for late cancellations or no-shows.
We ask for 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. Cancellations inside the 48-hour window forfeit the deposit and may be charged up to 50% of the reserved service.
We offer a 15-minute grace period. Arrivals after that may need to be shortened, rescheduled, or converted to a partial service at the stylist's discretion — the full service fee still applies.
No-show appointments will be charged 50%–100% of the reserved service fee, and future appointments require full pre-payment.
Every stylist at Infinite follows a tiered pricing structure based on experience, demand, and specialty. Prices listed on this site are studio-wide starting estimates. Final pricing is estimated at your consultation based on your chosen artist, hair length, density, and service complexity.
We provide written aftercare guidance with every install. Warranty on installs assumes clients follow aftercare instructions and use recommended professional products.
