FAQ

Frequently asked

How long do K-Tip extensions last?

With proper aftercare, K-Tip bonds wear beautifully for 8–12 weeks before needing a moveup. The Remy hair itself can last 6 months across multiple installs.

Can I still use hot tools?

Yes. K-Tip bonds are heat-resistant to normal styling temperatures. We recommend a heat protectant and keeping tools at or below 350°F.

Do K-Tips damage my natural hair?

When installed and maintained by a certified specialist, K-Tips are considered one of the gentlest methods available. Each bond distributes weight across a small section of hair.

How much does a K-Tip install cost?

Investment depends on your stylist's tier, how many bonds you need, and the length/quality of hair. Full transformations typically start at $600. Every quote is built during your consultation.
