WHEN BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT
We do require a 50% deposit to hold your spot. Please be advised this is a non-refundable deposit. In the case you need to cancel your appointment immediately after booking, the deposit will remain as a credit in your account, which will be applied towards any future services.
RESCHEDULE/CANCELLATIONS
To protect our team members reschedules and cancellations are accepted up to 48 business hours before the scheduled service.
LATE ARRIVALS
Although we do offer a 15-minute grace period, if you are running late please contact us so we can accommodate some or all of your services.
LATE CANCELLATIONS
Within 48 hours of the service, cancellations will be charged 50% of the service cost and result in loss of any deposit
NO SHOW
Failure to show up at your appointment will result in 50%-100% of the service charged to your account and loss of any deposit.
All owed service fees are due before the next appointment can be scheduled.
